新版集群基于Windows Server 2004version，解决了之前2019版本各种网络问题。
由于新版windows节点的操作系统是2004version，运行的容器镜像也需要基于2004。
官方镜像目前提供了aspnet4.8:2004版本，如果需要其他镜像，联系@杭羽。
基础镜像TAG升级到2004相关版本重新build，例如：

Windows Server, 2004 version 不提供UI桌面。
从Windows Server 2016以后，微软关闭了 GUI 从Core Server安装的能力：https://www.fastvue.co/sophos/blog/switch-between-windows-server-core-and-full-gui-the-easy-way/。
